CELDAR is a Non-Profit Organization that promotes Entrepreneurship, Job Creation, Financial Inclusion and Economic Empowerment among Vulnerable People. The organization formed in January 2018 and registered March 2020.

We believe that when capacities of vulnerable citizens and marginalized communities are built and provided with financial support coupled with good health, they will be able to improve and sustain their livelihoods and will be on the path of reducing poverty.
